So Brad E. had a great suggestion to get some blood pumping, hip jangling, foot stomping work out music to motivate us up on the blog. I heartily agree and took his two songs, and added three of my own and now I invite everyone to post in the comments of this blog 2 or three songs you'd love to hear and will inspire you to get those thunder thighs a churning! I'll update it as I see new songs.
